NashvillePost.com today reported (subscription required) developer Alpha LLC has purchased for $5 million the 24 acres on Charlotte Pike near River Road where it plans to build the H2O Urban Waterfront District (with sound), a "smart" waterfront community.
"Alpha owners Mark Hemphill and Ron Sapp hope to break ground on the project’s first phase within the year," the report said.
