Townhouses coming to Obrien
A new sign in front of a lot on Obrien Avenue reads, "Haven West: Luxury townhomes starting at $189,900." Interstate 40 is to the rear of the property, which is situated on Obrien, the street that runs parallel to (and north of) Charlotte Avenue.This story will be updated as more information becomes available.

OK, by the way, I dropped in the "Nashville West" development this morning for a lunch-hour Costco run. You all have massive amounts of shopping coming in there in your area. And it's so close to my office! I hate to say this out loud, b/c it will ruin it for the rest of us, but there's NO ONE at the Charlotte Costco at 11:30 a.m. on a Wednesday.
